I'm informed everyday that friends from all over the world are making donations.
People overseas can't transfer money to the account listed on the site, so they're making donations directly to the Red Cross.
There are also many other charity organizations; it doesn't have to be mine.
As long as you choose what's best for you by taking responsibility for the donation yourself, that's all i ask.
